PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
> All design, printing, and packaging is handled by DEMONSEKAI.
> Since DEMONSEKAI is currently one artist handling everything, they work on orders in batches 2-3 times a week.
> Processing orders with only stickers: 1-4 business days
> Processing orders with apparel: 1-5 business days

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
> All orders are shipped with full tracking.
> Orders are shipped out twice a week from California .
> After orders are dropped off at shipping carrier, orders take approximately:
    > USA: 2-7 business days
    > International: 7-21 business days, sometimes more.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
> USA: 2-7 business days + processing time.
> International: 7-21 business days + processing time.
> If order has not come within the estimated timeframe, please contact DEMONSEKAI within 30 days for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
> Shipping costs for orders with apparel may be very expensive. Recommended to place group orders to share cost of shipping.
> Any custom fees, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
> Please confirm all shipping info before making your purchase!
> Customer may cancel their order if the order has not been processed and shipped.
> All sales are final unless mistake made on behalf of DEMONSEKAI. Please contact DEMONSEKAI within 7 days of receiving wrong or faulty item.
> If product received is wrong or flawed, DEMONSEKAI will ship the correct & good condition item.
